We are a family owned and operating business in the Great Southern and Southern Wheatbelt with 3 tyre stores in Katanning, Wagin and Narrogin. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers and creating a working environment that not only creates a positive experience for the staff, but all who enter the premises. We specialise is looking after all our cutomers tyres from their smallest gopher or wheelbarrow tyre right through to the biggest Agricultural and industrial tyres and everything in-between. We operate service vehicles that travel to onsite locations spanning the entire great southern and into the Wheatbelt and South West.
The Role.
You will be responsible for serving and greeting all customers in the office and directing their enquiries as well admin duties.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Answering calls and serving customers
- Managing appointments
- Assist with the control, integrity, and accuracy of inventory levels
- Processing and managing over the counter retail sales
- Managing accounts receivable
- Processing of job sheets to convert to invoices
- Maintain the product display area to a high standard of presentation
- Liaising with staff in all stores for transfer of stock and supportive administrative tasks
- Assist Admin Manager with back of office tasks, including assistance with accounts payable management
- This role's location is flexible and will based in the store closest to the successful applicants home (Katanning, Wagin or Narrogin)
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent reading and numeracy skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously
- Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to assist on a range of task
- Flexibility to travel to our other stores on a needs basis
