The role:
As a Customer Advisor, you will act as the face of NAB to the community, working closely with our customers to help them with their banking needs and deliver exceptional customer service in an environment that is challenging and fast-paced.
Supporting our Western Suburb Retail Branches, you will be the first point of contact for customers when they visit our retail branch, whether it’s to open an account, inquire about our products, or manage their finances. You’ll be involved in every aspect of the customer journey by helping them find solutions to their financial needs through our products, services, and advice,
Every day is different in our NAB branches and as well as providing great customer service, you will have the opportunity to gain leadership skills, develop your career path within NAB and work in a diverse team environment.

The hours:
The different roles working hours will vary but will be within 9:00am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am-5:30pm on Fridays.
These roles include covering both planned and unplanned leave for our branches in the Western suburbs. It is essential that you have your own transport and can travel between locations with minimal notice.
