This role is a key component to the success of our Mount Pleasant branch. As a Customer Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for the highest delivery of an excellent customer experience and seamless service to our existing and new customers. This is a temporary Full Time Maternity Relief position for approx. 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through front counter operations including deposits, withdrawals and account transactions
- Actively promote Auswide Bank's suite of products including Home Loans, Term Deposits, Third Party Products (Allianz Insurance), Western Union/Travel Products and Credit Cards
- Identify and generate product leads for our Customer Banking Specialist and Home Lenders
About You
As well as having excellent & effective problem solving, negotiation and communication skills, you will also need to:
- Have proven experience in uncovering customer needs in a customer service environment
- Have worked in an environment where you have had to achieve set KPI’s
- Be passionate about helping customers achieve their financial dreams and goals
- Be open to learning and engaging with key stakeholders across the business
- A desire to grow and develop within Auswide Bank
