Before applying please ensure you are available to cover the following roster: Monday to Friday 9:30 - 1:30pm Do work that matters As a Customer Service Specialist you’ll help our customers realise their financial goals by conducting financial health checks. ?By identifying particular needs and understanding our customer’s future plans you will be able to explain the benefits of a comprehensive and diverse range of products and services. Often you will see a need to refer the customer on to one of our specialist teams such as business banking or financial planning to ensure that we’ve provided them with the best possible care and experience. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to work in a busy, commercial and driven retail environment whilst seeing the big picture for customers and providing them with holistic solutions.
