We are now on the hunt for a highly experienced and dedicated HR Advisor to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this is a true generalist role that will have you partnering with your dedicated workgroups to deliver HR solutions that meet current and future business needs. This is a busy and varied role supporting leaders across all operational HR activities, providing timely, efficient and effective HR advice, end-to-end recruitment, ER/IR matters, case management as well as contributing to HR campaigns and projects.
To be successful in this role you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working independently to manage multiple and often competing priorities. You will naturally be able to quickly engage and build rapport with your key stakeholders. You will have demonstrated experience in similar HR roles (whether it be Advisor, Consultant or Business Partner), preferably within construction, energy, utilities or mining industries. A dynamic individual with a solution focused mindset and a commitment to service excellence, will see you stand out from the crowd.
