Description
* Provide administrative support services to whole of depot to ensure efficient operations at all times.
* Provide quality internal and external customer service.
* Monitor CRM requests to ensure that they are allocated, actioned and completed.
* Receive, issue and follow up incoming correspondence and prepare draft responses.
* Contribute to the development, implementation and review of Process Maps that document key business support functions.
* Assist in the management, issue, ordering and deliveries of stock items.
* Develop and contribute to improvement of administrative processes via establishing or updating procedures.
* Provide support for raising purchase orders and goods receipting processes.
* Administer end to end petty cash process.
* Undertake and assist in the drafting and distribution of correspondence.
* Assist with document registration and record keeping requirements for whole of depot.
* Contribute positively to the team culture of excellence in customer service.
Profile
* Experience within a business services context.
* Developed administration experience including proficiency in the MS Office suite.
* General understanding and application of safety measures relevant to the nature and requirements of the business. * Developed business writing skills to draft responses to customer requests.
* Organisational skills to be able to prioritise tasks and flex to meet changing demands.
* Problem solving skills with the ability to exercise initiative and good judgement.
* Interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information and express thoughts and facts in a professional manner and displays an openness to other people's ideas and thoughts through effective listening.
Job Offer
