Job Summary:
We have an opportunity for a full-time Customer Care Representative contractor to join our Customer Experience team! This individual will act as the voice of Ruggable, interacting with our South Korean and Australia customers primarily via Kakao and chat. The ideal candidate is someone with prior experience conducting customer service, has a positive and upbeat attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment with an engaged team.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the voice of Ruggable to our customers, delivering excellent customer service primarily via phone
- Provide timely and thorough resolution to customer inquiries (common inquiries include: returns, cancellations, exchanges, tracking and status updates, product recommendations, etc.)
- Act as a product expert and maintain high understanding of our website, features, and products
- Communicate with management to escalate problems and recommend resolutions to better our customer experience, especially as we grow our South Korean and Australia businesses!
What You’ll Need to Have:
Required:
- Professional written and verbal communication, fluent in English and Korean
- Ability to resolve inquiries with high empathy and customer engagement
- Ability to resolve inbound chat inquiries efficiently and concisely
- Proficiency with spreadsheet applications (i.e., Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel)
- Must be a team player
- Must be a self starter and multi-tasker, while remaining responsible and detail-oriented
Preferred:
- Experience with e-commerce companies (i.e., websites + apps)
- Familiarity with Zendesk and Shopify
Compensation:
- 20.00 - 25.00 AUD/hr
Expected hours per week: 40
