This role would suit an experienced Club Manager or hotel FOH manager.

Position: Customer Care and Assistant Club Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring members' needs are met and exceeded.
• Manage and train a high-quality Concierge service, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and checklists.
• Oversee inventory and stock management for smooth club operations.
• Ensure common areas are kept to the highest standards.
• Manage membership and Personal Training (PT) payments, and address customer service inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in gym concierge, customer service or hospitality roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to lead and train a team effectively.
• Passion for promoting health and wellness.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
