As the Customer Care & Reception Assistant, you will support CAMILLA AND MARC customers through their journey end to end by delivering an exceptional and seamless omnichannel experience. You will assist with customer enquiries through virtual styling, email, chat and phone and manage VIP client communications and client outreach. The Customer Care & Reception Assistant will also act as the front of house to welcome guests at our CAMILLA AND MARC Headquarters in person. This is a great entry level position for someone looking to join the fashion industry. Previous reception, retail sales or CUSTOMER CARE experience advantageous.
