About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking Customer Care Centre Officers to work with our local Government based in Adelaide, SA. This position is a Monday to Friday Roster for an initial 3 month duration, potential for extension. The role is best suited to candidates with previous experience in frontline customer service, contact centre and payroll, in a fast paced customer service role, with high volumes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting the call centre team with the admin tasks they usually do in between calls however they haven't been able to do due to the workload.
Calling clients when necessary, data entry, searching for addresses, payment arrangements and notifications.
Skills and Experience:
Experience in similar administrative roles, data processing or customer focused, call centre, hospitality, etc.
A strong customer service focus with effective verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to the team
Ability to maintain a high quality of work under pressure whilst maintaining accurate data entry skills
Highly developed computer skills including experience with desktop applications and databases
