Reporting to the CEO, this Adelaide based role leads Maxima’s National Specialists across Disability Employment, Recruitment Services, First Nations Employment, National Disability Insurance Scheme and Innovation and Vocational Services providing an executive vision for the portfolio. Working closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and State Managers the Executive Manager – National Programs provides strategic direction and thinking to the program areas to meet political, economic and social change. Key areas of responsibility include:
lead the provision of expert advice across program areas ensuring best practice delivery in collaboration with State Managers;
identify, develop and implement new programs and initiatives to support Maxima’s continued growth;
drive innovation and change towards an integrated service delivery model and a customer/strategic focus;
develop and implement frameworks, policies and procedures to support operational delivery of programs including advice regarding compliance, learning and development support and establishment of key performance metrics;
evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics for communication to management and the Board;
represent the organisation to wide-ranging stakeholders including government, partners and customers.
This position will suit an appropriately qualified and experienced senior executive with proven capability in strategic planning and implementation, strong analytical abilities, consummate people leadership and development skills and the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. Experience at leadership level in a similarly complex organisation with customer facing operations will be seen as appropriate. The successful candidate will demonstrate credibility, authenticity, energy and an unwavering focus on customer support and service quality.
