Based in Regents Park this award-winning business has been around for more than 130 years. Working in both the commercial and residential sector of the HVAC industry, over the past 3 years they have experienced an increase in work load and demand for their products. We are seeking a supportive Customer Service Representative to join their team in Regents Park.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responding to various inquires from customers, ensuring quality support from start to finish. You will also find yourself collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics and other Customer Service Representative to provide the customer with the correct care.
Some other responsibilities include:
- Schedule and track all customer requests in a timely manner
- Update customers with delivery changes and progress
- Monitor a shared inbox to ensure customer queries are completed or escalated
With previous experience in a customer service role, where you supported customers over the phone and email. You will need the passion and drive to learn all about the companies products and services.
You will also need/have:
- Experience with a CRM or various computer skills
- A High level customer and stakeholder's relationship management experience
- A knack for problem solving and showing empathy to customers
- A growth mindset and willingness to seek continuous improvement
