About the Role
As a Customer Care / Sales Consultant Representative, you'll be an integral part of our customer service and store teams, dedicated to delivering a superior customer experience.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Booking deliveries with our 3rd party partners through our logistics portal.
- Addressing online customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Confirming orders and stock availability while ensuring accurate stock levels across multiple warehouse locations.
- Keeping online customers informed about the progress of their orders, especially those with longer lead times.
- Managing click and collect services in-store.
- Fulfilling homewares orders by picking and packing items from our store.
- Serving as a liaison between the online and offline teams, fostering strong communication channels.
- Collaborating closely with the head of online to maintain a superior customer experience.
Skills and Experience
To excel in this role, you'll need to:
- Resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency across various channels.
- Manage customer demand and multitask effectively in a fast-paced online and in-store environment.
