The Role: 

Our Customer Care Consultants are instrumental in managing the customer experience for HCF Members to ensure that they always receive a personal and exceptional service. Working within a call centre to clear targets, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our members and to promote HCF products and services. 

This is a Part Time role with fixed roster with 9.5 % loading.  

• 5 days a week  
• 20 hours per week 
  • Option 1: 9:45am-1:45pm (Monday-Friday) OR
• Option 2: 10am-2pm (Monday-Friday)
• Multiple vacancies in this role

Training: 

Please note that training will be for a period of 4 weeks. See details below: 

• 5 days a week - 20 hours total 
• During the training period shift time will be 10am – 2pm
• Training will be facilitated at the Parramatta Call centre.
• After training is completed, you will transition to the Part Time fixed shift pattern. 

Hybrid: 

You are required to work in the office 4 months from start date, after which you will transition to hybrid mode (2 minimum in the office)
