ABOUT THE ROLE
The customer care consultant is responsible for all facets of patient relationship building and administration to deliver the highest quality patient experience to our new and existing patients for the Maven Dental brand. This is done by creating a positive first impression with helpful and courteous phone etiquette, assisting with regular check-up and clean bookings across our practices network, promoting current marketing activities, maintaining confidentiality of our dental partner's patients and carrying out general administration duties.
ABOUT YOU
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine care attitude;
- Experience in a call centre environment, customer service or similar role is highly regarded but not required;
- Strong communication, written and listening skills
- High Attention to detail;
- Great computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly;
- Able to multitask on a daily basis;
- Understand business KPIs;
- Is available to work within our company core operating hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

This role will be based in our Melbourne - Malvern East Office.
