We are currently recruiting for a full time Customer Care Team OSHC Bookings Officer (CCT OSHC Bookings Officer) to work at our Head Office in Deakin ACT.
This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Customer Care Team Manager in the delivery of administrative and accounts support services for OSHC services, and to create an effective overlap capability with the Manager to allow seamless support delivery in their absence.
What will be required from you
- Sound knowledge of QikKids software or similar program (highly desirable)
- Committed to the delivery of quality customer service
- Entering and managing enrolments and customer inquiries for the OSHC programs
- Assist in ensuring organisational compliance
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Care Service Team Manager
- Well-presented and approachable manner
- A positive 'glass half full' approach to work, and performance under pressure
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work without supervision
- Punctual in both attendance on shift and attendance at staff meetings
- Must have current WWVP card or prepared to obtain one.
