Title: Customer Care Technician
Key purpose:
To eliminate and repair building defects, including preventative maintenance, inspections, and rectification works throughout multi-level apartment buildings, and townhouses across Melbourne.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Duties and responsibilities are:

• Identification of water leaks, the trade responsible as well as coordination of repairs as required.
• Plastering and painting repairs.
• Carpentry repairs such as (but not limited to) architraves and skirtings.
• Minor plumbing repairs.
• Waterproofing and tiling of small areas.
• Other duties as required

Ensuring workplace safety and encouraging a safety culture

• Report hazards as identified.
• Support and comply with safety policies, procedures, and requirements.

Training & Personal Development

• Attend internal and external training as required
• Ensure personal qualifications and requirements relevant to this role and pursuant to relevant law are current and kept up to date; keep up to date with developments covered in this role including legislation, regulations, Codes of Practice, Standards, and guidelines.

Desired qualifications & experience:

• A current driver’s license.
• A current red/white card.
• Eligibility to work in Australia
• Experience in all or some areas such as;

• General Construction
• Carpentry
• Tiling
• Painting
• Plastering
• Labouring
• Waterproofing
