Your new role
- Identifications of issues (leaks, defects, plastering, painting repairs)
- Reporting of hazards
- Preventative maintenance work
- Property inspections
- Rectification works throughout multi-level apartment buildings
What you'll need to succeed
- Current drivers licence
- Eligibility to live and work in Australia full time
- Trade qualified (General Construction skills, Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Plastering tec)
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Professionalism and pride taken in work
- Proven experience in a similar capacity
