Title: Customer Care Technician
Key purpose:
To eliminate and repair building defects, including preventative maintenance, inspections, and rectification works throughout multi-level apartment buildings, and townhouses across Melbourne.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Duties and responsibilities are:
- Identification of water leaks, the trade responsible as well as coordination of repairs as required.
- Plastering and painting repairs.
- Carpentry repairs such as (but not limited to) architraves and skirtings.
- Minor plumbing repairs.
- Waterproofing and tiling of small areas.
- Other duties as required
Ensuring workplace safety and encouraging a safety culture
- Report hazards as identified.
- Support and comply with safety policies, procedures, and requirements.
Training & Personal Development
- Attend internal and external training as required
- Ensure personal qualifications and requirements relevant to this role and pursuant to relevant law are current and kept up to date; keep up to date with developments covered in this role including legislation, regulations, Codes of Practice, Standards, and guidelines.

Desired qualifications & experience:
- A current driver's license.
- A current red/white card.
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Experience in all or some areas such as;
- General Construction
- Carpentry
- Tiling
- Painting
- Plastering
- Labouring
- Waterproofing
