ABOUT THE ROLE
Mainfreight Warehousing Kookaburra (Prestons, Sydney) has an opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven individual to join our growing team as Customer Champion.
We would like Customer Champions to work on building long term relationships with customers through regular meetings (KPIs), to drive change through continuous improvement and most importantly be available for our customers when they need us most.
In order not to lose touch with our core business, there is still a portion of the role that is focused on the operations and ensuring that we deliver the highest levels of quality possible.
Skills & Experience Required:
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
- Effectively communicate with key customers
- Manage all administrative & customer service aspects of our customers’ accounts
- Work closely with our Operations Team to achieve KPI targets
- Tracking consignments and proactively seeking out opportunities to add value to their supply chain needs
- Develop an understanding of the intricacies of each customer’s profile
