Contract: Initial 6 month contract with 6-8 months extension
Hourly Pay Rate: $53.97 p/h + Super
Responsibilities:
- Leading and guiding team of 14 customer service officer in handling customer inquiries regarding the project.
- Analysis of the project, management of profit & loss, and team financial analysis.
- Previous experience managing a medium to large size team within a Contact Centre
- No leave will be approved for the period between October 2024 - January 2025
- Strong skills in Excel for financial analysis and projections
