ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a fulltime Customer Service Officer to work collaboratively within our newly established Customer Contact Center team to deliver high quality and responsive customer service to our valued customers. Phone, email or web chat, you will be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries.
In this role you will be working Monday – Friday (40 hours per week) and have the option to work remotely or from one of our branches across Australia.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly customer service to inbound callers and providing answers to their questions
- Listening and understanding our customer’s needs
- Responding through a variety of channels such as phone, email, a chat bot etc.
- Data entry – taking notes and using the platforms to keep a record
- Complaint handling, admin and info or, buyer queries
- Collaborating with the wider marketing and innovation team
- Contributing to the development of processes.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and excellent phone manner
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and problem solve under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to source accurate information quickly and effectively to resolve customer requests
- Self-motivated, driven and customer-centric
- Available between hours of 8 am - 8 pm
