Reporting to the Customer Contact Coordinator, you will: provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients; have demonstrated ability to maintain financial records and proven experience with point of sale systems, cash handling and reconciliation processes; and be able to work independently and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail. About yourself The successful applicant will: have highly developed interpersonal skills including proven written and verbal communication skills; have experience in maintaining financial records; possess good time management skills and the ability to complete allocated tasks while working within a team; and demonstrate problem solving and dispute resolution capabilities.
