Legal Operations Coordinator. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Legal & Secretariat, this dynamic position offers a unique opportunity for career paralegals or for experienced executive assistants to step up to contribute to the legal team's success.
Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing Board and Committee materials, minutes, tracking actions, and managing the Diligent Board portal.
- Maintain company registers, liaise with directors, handle regulatory compliance, and provide day to day operational support and matter management for the Legal team.
- Address day-to-day queries on company secretarial, legal and governance matters.
Requirements:- Experience in Company Secretary tasks, career paralegal work in a corporate law environment, or Executive Assistant roles supporting major corporate/infrastructure/TMT transactions in the legal space.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Comfort and willingness to embrace change, new technology and innovative working practices
- Familiarity with regulated compliance environments desirable but not essential
