Customer Data Care (CDC)
We are looking for a Customer Data Care (CDC) team member to work in our Laundry's Main Office located at Woolner.
The Customer Data Care role is responsible for providing support to the business with tasks including data entry, phone and email enquiries, invoicing, maintenance of Customer Database, general administrative tasks, and retail in the Dry-Cleaning outlet.
Duties
The Customer Data Care Officer will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Data Entry for billing systems
- Processing of Credit Notes
- Answering incoming phone calls and email enquiries
- Processing Customer Orders
- Shift Coverage for the Retail Outlet – Taking in Garments for processing, Using POS system.
- General Administrative Tasks
Skills & experience
- Strong Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Numeracy and Literacy
- English proficiency
- Ability to MultitaskCan do attitude
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Good Customer Service Skills, ability to negotiate with customers, and problem-solving skills
- Previous Experience with POS systems DCCS desirable
- Previous Experience with AS400 desirable
- Strong Time Management Skills to meet established deadlines
- High Attention to Detail for accurate data entry
- Ability to work autonomously or in a team as required
- Ability to adapt to new systems
