Key Responsibilities:
As the Customer Delivery & Relationship Manager, you will:
- Cultivate strong networking relationships with local government, community stakeholders, and tenants in alignment with property and commercial projects.
- Maintain high service performance levels and drive improvements when needed, ensuring customer expectations are met.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate dialogue exchange between departments.
- Develop a deep understanding of projects to deliver the required commercial services.
- Keep customers updated on news and market developments.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to ensure consistent messaging in the market.
- Contribute to key projects that enhance the organisations professional reputation.
- Regularly review and explore innovative ways to engage customers and stakeholders.
- Promote a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety values.
- Tertiary qualifications are preferred.
- Experience in property portfolios involving diverse stakeholders is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Customer/Client Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong resource planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in preparing and drafting documents for executive approval.
- Competency and experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- A strong background in customer relationship management.
- A "customer service first" approach.
- Document/report preparation skills.
- Experience in system and process reviews.
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Exceptional customer-facing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in delivering innovative customer service projects.
