The team is comprised of functional and technical experts covering the front, middle, and back office. - Track the progress of implementation to meet deliverables and the system go‐live date
- Develop and maintain Project Plan
- Identify and set appropriate Project Controls
- Day-to-day management and leadership of the project and the project team. Manage effective transition between project phases.
- Manage and communicate issues to the customer and internal project teams
- Work directly with customers to review business/functional/technical requirements, ensuring high-quality delivery of any configuration and/or custom code
- Coordinate the deliverable of core product enhancements with the PM, Engineering & QA departments to ensure that they fit into the project timelines
- Monitor and control the overall profitability of various project types (T&M, Fixed Price, Hybrid) to ensure baseline targets are kept or managed accordingly with the regional Customer Delivery Director
- Work with Sales and the Customer Delivery Director to prepare estimates and project plans for new opportunities
- Adopt our Delivery Framework and tools on all projects and deliver
- Management of the internal and external resources involved in the project
- Minimum 8 years of PM experience in the delivery of projects in an onsite/offshore model to Capital Market clients and Resource Management Experience
- Ability to scope and convey plans, issues, and concerns to clients and team members in a clear, logical, and concise manner
- Experience working in systems or business analysis and system design within the capital markets industry
- Experience in the implementation and support of a Front or Back office system within a Bank, Hedge fund, or Asset Manager
- A strong demonstrable record of customer service and the ability to manage a multi-location team and deliver projects
- Must be customer-driven and capable to work within a collaborative team environment focused on providing a high quality of service to the customer
- Willingness and ability to travel as our implementations take place on our client sites
- Project Management Certification, including PMP and Agile, is preferred and considered a differentiator
