Randstad is partnering with a well known reputable client that educates and provides a number of financial services to employers and members of the public. Our client is experiencing exciting growth and we have multiple Permanent, Full Time positions available!
These roles are a perfect blend of account management, and relationship building. We are looking for motivated candidates who enjoy building genuine relationships with clientele and have a passion for educating people on services they are passionate about.
Role overview:
Your new role will have a focus on providing innovative solutions, while educating businesses and employees around the different financial services available such as salary sacrificing and novated leasing. Your role will involve nurturing warm accounts, while taking ownership of those relationships and providing educational and knowledgeable content and conversations to employees.
In this position you will travel to your clients and present and educate the benefits available to their staff to assist with the knowledge around the services your company offers.
Key responsibilities:
- Account management - nurturing warm clientele while maintaining and growing relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service and education throughout the process
- Attend / host seminars or educational sessions to employees and employers
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission
- A position that allows you to be out and about - not stuck behind a desk all day!
- Permanent, Full Time role
- Work from Home when your not on the road
- Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00pm
- 6 weeks paid on the job training
- Laptop and phone provided
- Previous account management experience
- Previous sales experience (In field / face to face / over the phone)
- Motivated and target driven in a sales environment, with rapport building, selling and influencing skills
- High quality verbal and written communication skills
- The confidence and warmth to present to clients
- Strong communication and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive and assertive individuals who are not afraid to pick up the phone
- Experience with a CRM system desirable but not required
- MUST have a drivers licence with no resitriction and reliable car
