Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Customer Education Specialist?

To thrive at Smartgroup, we aim for excellence rather than settling for the status quo. We are seeking like minded people who are passionate about customer-facing education and sales.

  • You'll demonstrate a strong background in field sales, Customer Education, sales or customer/client services, preferably with face-to-face experience.
  • You'll have experience in conducting 1:1 consultation with customers in person and presenting product education sessions to small-medium sized groups.
  • You'll have the ability to grow strong relationships with external stakeholders, including both customers and clients
  • You'll collaborate with our Client Success/Client Relationship Management team
  • You'll find satisfaction in engaging with customers and work independently in a variety of environments, including healthcare .
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a car is required (Metro, Regional, Interstate travel)
  • Previous experience in (or knowledge of) financial services, taxation, employee benefits programs and/or motor vehicles would be highly regarded
