About the opportunity...
A 12-month contract reporting to a knowledgeable leader in the industry. You will be part of the Business Operations team based in Sydney. You will be the go-to person for specific therapy areas supporting them with various administrative tasks including event management, pricing and third-party coordination. Your ability to adapt to a variety of technical systems will be essential in ensuring all processes run efficiently. What you'll be doing...
• Using up to 10 different systems including SAP, Salesforce and Veeva
• Manage contracts, budgets, and invoicing
• Coordinate events, travel, and assist with marketing materials
• Manage sponsorship requests and update databases
• Provide administrative and financial support
• Attend meetings and follow compliance processes
• Proactively support internal and external stakeholders
• Ad hoc admin support for the Sydney Business Operations team where needed
Skills and Experience
• Experience working in pharmaceutical, healthcare or similar industry
• Agile, a strong collaborator, curious mindset, organised
• Able to manage stakeholders and ability to muti-task
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms including SAP
• Excellent prioritisation and planning
• Drive and passion to proactively solve problems
