Who are we looking for?

We are searching for a dedicated Customer Engagement Officer who shares our commitment to providing exceptional customer service within the Community Aged Care Health & Wellness sector. This role requires a passionate individual who places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will excel in interpersonal communication, with the ability to build rapport and effectively address feedback from older adults and their families. They should possess a thorough understanding of Aged Care legislation and standards, ensuring compliance and contributing to best practice initiatives.

Problem-solving skills are essential, as the role involves resolving customer concerns promptly and implementing effective solutions. The candidate should demonstrate a collaborative approach, fostering positive relationships across various levels of the organization and enhancing engagement with stakeholders.

What can you expect to be doing?

As a Customer Engagement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and feedback integration of older adults participating in our Community Aged Care Health & Wellness programs. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate feedback processes, resolve concerns, and promote service excellence through proactive engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.

What do you need to bring?

Qualifications in Customer Experience, Aged Care Services, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating competence in customer-centric roles.
