Based in our Metro Home Care Office in Salisbury South, as our Program Administration Officer (Customer Engagement), you will be responsible for providing administration support to enable the Home Care client funded programs to run as effectively and efficiently as possible.
The Program Administration Officer (Customer Engagement) is a role within Home Care Services and reports to the Home Care Services Area Manager providing administration support for the regional programmes and offices.
You’ll also make an impact by:
- Providing support to Home Care staff which assists to maintain all legislative and funding requirements.
- Establishing and maintaining effective community networks with key stakeholders, including Helping Hand Corporate Support Services, external agencies, and government Departments
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve the perceptions and service experience of clients.
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the health or aged care sector
- A commitment to delivering quality customer focused services to both internal and external customers
- Experience in maintaining and operating in environments where information is of a private and / or confidential nature
- Current driver’s licence
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one
You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in the Aged Care industry
