In this role, you'll:
be working in a newly created permanent position as a Customer Enquiry Officer in the Regulatory Operations branch. This role responds to inquiries about camera enforcement programs and release of information requests from customers and stakeholders by providing initial information that complies with relevant Divisional policies and Regulations.
This role will see you respond to customer issues and inquiries from the public and other internal stakeholders around the camera enforcement program in a timely manner or, where necessary, escalate the more complex and contentious issues to the right channels. Along with DRIVES, you will be using multiple systems for quality assurance, legislation and governance, reporting and legal to investigate, interpret and calibrate sensitive information.
You will be someone who enjoys working in a highly productive team to ensure excellent customer service.

About you
Your forensic attention to detail, ability to be flexible and the ability to juggle multiple tasks will see you excel in working within a highly productive team that prides itself on delivering ensure excellent customer service.
You are known for your investigative mind set and enjoy interpreting and communicating complex legislation to support stakeholders.
You enjoy working autonomously and enjoy being self-driven. This is a career role where opportunities to act in higher duties are available for the right candidate.
Please note that this role is based in Parramatta. Due to the operating system (DRIVES) this role is not offered remotely.
