Remuneration: $50,000 to $55,000 (plus 11% superannuation)

St John Ambulance (Vic) has been saving lives and delivering care and compassion throughout Victoria for 140 years. Our volunteers and our staff are the lifeblood of everything we do. We are currently recruiting for Customer Experience Agents to be the first point of contact for our customers, clients and students.

The Opportunity

The Customer Experience Agents report into the Customer Experience Manager, while fielding queries regarding inbound sales, first aid training bookings, certificates for students, among the many varied calls you will take each day. Your main goal will be to maximise conversion rates and enhance customer satisfaction as part of a vibrant team working together.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls using Genesys, Salesforce and associated booking requests
• Generate business opportunities through new enquiries, existing customers, past customers and cold calls
• Converting prospects to sales including through promotions, cross selling and up selling
• Issuing certificate to students across all commercial business units to ensure St John Ambulance (Vic) meet RTO obligations
• Issue corporate customer invoices
• Work towards team KPI % abandoned calls

Your experience

• Experience in a call centre or phone based sales environment with both inbound and outbound calls
• Strong customer service and engagement skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly phone manner
• Previous experience achieving KPI's and sales targets
• Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce

Your ability to understand and meet the customers needs and work towards team KPIs and sales targets will mean you can quickly contribute to the team. You will be customer focused and enjoy working as part of a team.
