Matt Moran works closely in partnership with Art Gallery NSW and The Fresh Collective as our culinary advisor. The Restaurant will be open Tuesday – Sunday, 10am – 4pm, Wednesday 10am -4pm & 5pm to 10pm.

The Role
- Create a range of classic & inspired cocktails
- Make a variety of espresso coffees – latte art a big plus
- Mostly day shifts from Tuesday to Sunday: 15-25 hours p/week
- Pay rates: Level 2 or 3
About You
- 1 – 2 years experience in a busy high-end restaurant / bar
- 1 + year barista experience is ideal
- High level of cocktail making skill
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Well presented with excellent inter-personal skills
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Valid NSW RSA (competency card)
- Valid Australian Working Rights
