We’re looking for Customer Experience Consultants to join our tribe!

Entry level opportunities, open to customer focused people, wanting to learn and have fun at the same time. Permanent (full-time or part-time) hours available Monday to Friday in our Hobart or Rosny Stores.

  • Experience in Retail or Hospitality and ready to start a new career? 
  • Experienced in Banking and looking for a change?
  • Starting base Salary $62,500, plus 11% Superannuation and potential to earn up to 5% bonus.

As the customer face of Bank of us, you’ll get to be part of our Southern Customer Experience Consultant team, where your number one aim is putting your customers first.  What’s important is your positive vibe and a knack for uncovering all your customer’s needs.

You’ll deliver amazing service in person in store and through our telephone and digital lines, ensuring all your customers banking transactional needs are met, and because you really care about your customer, you’ll go the extra mile to support their financial wellbeing through insurance and lending referrals, where the customer has a need.
