Reporting directly to the National Customer Experience Manager, our Customer Experience Managers work to establish, develop and maintain a strong customer relationships and actively contribute to Kairros’ ongoing growth and diversification within personal injury

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with Customers on co-design and solution development to meet their needs
• Account management activities including oversight of contractual service delivery obligations and acting as a point of escalation
• Developing and converting a pipeline of new opportunities
• Collaborating with the national Kairros team and broader Group functions on product innovation and implementation
• Undertaking the planning and delivery of educational and industry relevant events and social activities
• Assisting our national marketing team with content and promotion of marketing activities/tools
• Providing support for tenders, proposals and contract negotiations
• Reporting and compilation of customer performance data

What you'll bring to the role:

• Demonstrated experience in relationship management and/or business development within personal injury / insurance / healthcare sectors
• The passion to provide exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills
• Knowledge of and contacts within injury management, rehabilitation or compensation related industries
• Proficient use of Microsoft office software applications
• The ability to identify performance trends and to support and coach Operational colleagues
