Reporting directly to the National Customer Experience Manager, our Customer Experience Managers work to establish, develop and maintain a strong customer relationships and actively contribute to Kairros’ ongoing growth and diversification within personal injury
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with Customers on co-design and solution development to meet their needs
- Account management activities including oversight of contractual service delivery obligations and acting as a point of escalation
- Developing and converting a pipeline of new opportunities
- Collaborating with the national Kairros team and broader Group functions on product innovation and implementation
- Undertaking the planning and delivery of educational and industry relevant events and social activities
- Assisting our national marketing team with content and promotion of marketing activities/tools
- Providing support for tenders, proposals and contract negotiations
- Reporting and compilation of customer performance data
Qualifications
What you'll bring to the role:
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management and/or business development within personal injury / insurance / healthcare sectors
- The passion to provide exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills
- Knowledge of and contacts within injury management, rehabilitation or compensation related industries
- Proficient use of Microsoft office software applications
- The ability to identify performance trends and to support and coach Operational colleagues
