Responsibilities
You will be planning and directing your sales, customer service and reception teams
New member tours of the gyms and signups
Rostering all permanent and casual staff
Reporting including actual performance to budget, variance analysis, revised projections
Coach develop and mentoring your team
Sales administration
Setting KPIS and working through with your team
No cold calling, all leads are handled by the centralised team at HQ and distributed accordingly to the different clubs
Criteria
We seek either fitness allied health hospitality or retail sales experience with at least two years experience in a leadership role overseeing teams.
