Are you ready to be part of the management team of our newly established Operational Support Group? CDC NSW is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Customer Experience team in the delivery of our customer service team. What You’ll Do:

  • Leadership and development of a small team of Customer Experience Specialists to ensure all customer enquiries, complaints, feedback and compliments are managed in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Implement and maintain Customer Experience and Accessible Transport Action Plans for all regions under the remit of CDC NSW 
  • Contribute to the Stakeholder Engagement and Marketing and Communication Plans for all regions under the remit of CDC NSW. 
  • Reviewing trends to assist in delivering an improvement to Customer Experience for CDC NSW overall. 
  •  Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to improve our Customer Experience capabilities and delivery against developed plans.
  •  Maintain positive relationships.

Who You Are:

  • A holder of a Business degree or related field;
  • An experienced leader with a proven track record in a similar managerial capacity, ideally within the public transport realm.

  • Proven leadership experience with an innate ability to motivate and deliver exceptional customer service
  •  Strong leadership and communication skills.
  •  Ability to handle emergencies and make critical decisions.
