About the Role
As a primary point of contact for local businesses and the community, you will be responsible for promoting a positive image of Council by delivering high quality customer service for the organisation. You will also be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient practices are in place, and quality standards are maintained.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A current Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated experience in a frontline customer service role, or call centre environment
- Proven effective complaints handling, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- High level communication skills in both written and verbal formats; and
- Ability to work autonomously in addition to effectively contributing to a team.

Salary range - Up to $84K per annum (incl super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable candidate.
