Are you ready for your next challenge!? PPG is looking for a Customer Service Officerto join our Architectural Coatings team in Eastern Creek, NSW on a full-time basis.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact directly with customers in all aspects and provide exceptional service including processing of orders, tracking deliveries, processing of claims and returns, and general enquiries with diligence and accuracy. Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, orders, and returns.
- Manage all sales/service enquiries via inbound CRM & Phone Systems within set SLAs, striving for first contact resolution with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Establish initiative-taking and professional communication with internal & external stakeholders.
- Perform purchase order reviews and resolve customer account enquiries.
- Delivering strong and professional verbal and written communication.
- Attend product, system, and skill training as required for your professional and personal development.
- Minimum 3-5 years of call centre or Customer Service experience is essential.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
- High level of keying accuracy and speed.
- Strong mathematical and written/verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain functions is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP & CRM systems is an advantage.
- Proven interpersonal and team skills.
