About The Role
We are searching for a Customer Service superstars to focus on a well-recognised car manufacturer.
Duties:
- Be the first point of contact for all calls relating to a particular car manufacturer
- Focus on one brand and perfect your skills and knowledge for this brand
- Answer basic queries for Customers relating to when they will receive their new car, where they can book in for a service or any outstanding issues
- Assist with accessory purchases
- Take accurate and specific notes for Customer files
- Escalate any calls to the manufacturers head office
- Work Monday – Friday between 8am – 6pm
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Some contact centre experience and navigating through multiple systems is beneficial
- Basic knowledge and/or an interest in cars is beneficial
- Terrific communication skills – Be the voice of this well known brand
