What you'll do
Join our dynamic team as a Leader for our prestigious TABX! Guide this talented team of Experience Managers, delivering unparalleled service to our esteemed high-value customers across VIC. Drive financial success by exceeding key performance metrics, whilst championing responsible wagering practices.
Your role will involve strategic budget management, customer acquisition, and crafting personalized experiences. With a flexible schedule, including ability to work various race days and sporting event days, and a commitment to excellence, you'll lead by example, coaching your team to success and ensuring seamless event coverage.
What you'll bring
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or account / relationship management, ideally in racing, gambling, wagering or related sectors.
- Robust governance a Responsible Gambling Advice skill and awareness.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and data driven analytics and tools.
- Ability to lead a team, coupled with flexibility, enthusiasm, and problem-solving skills.
- The flexibility of hybrid working with team anchor days.
