Responsibilities:

• Lead software teams, managing a diverse group of skilled and experienced developers.
• Foster a passion for constructing complex and innovative technical solutions using modern frameworks, tools, and technologies like .Net, JavaScript, C# and React.
• Embrace a collaborative leadership style, effectively influencing and engaging various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms is advantageous, and we offer support to bring you up to speed.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding and practical application of agile methodologies, emphasising the delivery of customer value.
• Willingly participate in on-call support within the team as needed.
• Be a catalyst for change, always ready to explore new opportunities.

• Proven experience leading software teams with diverse skill sets.
• Passion for building complex and innovative technical solutions using modern frameworks, tools, and technologies.
• Experience working on web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (desired but not required).
• Deep understanding and practical application of agile methodologies, prioritising customer value delivery.
• Champion for change with a proactive attitude towards trying new things.
