AddressOur client is seeking a Customer Growth Partner to join the team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Marketing and Sales teams to drive sales growth within the Consumables product portfolio. The Customer Growth Partner will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads, engaging with key accounts, and nurturing relationships to facilitate sales conversion.

Description
- Drive lead generation and sales growth for the Consumables business.
- Collaborate with the Projects & Tenders team to capitalise on sales opportunities with Key Accounts.
- Engage with Key Account stakeholders to foster regular and repeat purchases.
- Utilise marketing activities to progress and nurture leads through the sales conversion funnel.
- Develop target prospecting lists for specific product campaigns using internal data sources and publicly available information.
- Manage consumables sales inquiries, prepare accurate quotes, follow up, and proactively manage the sales pipeline to close deals.
- Utilise and maintain CRM system in accordance with guidelines.
- Achieve assigned customer activity targets and sales growth targets.
- Effectively communicate technical information to health care clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
Profile
- Proven Track record in sales, bonus if you have worked in the Health care industry.
- Internal sales experience highly regarded
- Management experience highly regarded - can step into a leadership role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Open mind to think outside the box.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft office suite
