About the Role
Tronox is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a highly efficient and dynamic APAC (Asia-Pacific) Customer Master Data Pricing Administrator, who masters in accuracy of records and continuous improvement whilst maintain the integrity of our SAP system.
This position is a full time, 12-month max term contract with the possibility of extension. This role is based at our Henderson Site - off Russell Road, however we can offer a flexible working environment. We also work a compressed 9-day fortnight, enjoy every second Friday off!!
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Assist APAC Order To Delivery Department with Customer Master Data Governance workflow.
- Assists with the development and maintenance of APAC Customer Master standards for SAP system.
- Analyse and revise Master Data settings as determined by the business requirements.
- Follow and consistently apply the Customer Master Data Policy and Processes.
- Assist in error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
- Assist APAC Order to Delivery Department with Price Analyst responsibilities
- Maintaining regular updates of price in SAP
- Manage Rebate and Commission
- Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly summaries and statements
- Handle settlement of statements monthly/quarterly/yearly
- Participate as a team member of the organization and improve the specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other objectives as adopted by the organization.
- SAP knowledge will be highly regarded
To be successful in your application, you will need a high level of motivation, flexibility and attention to detail to assist within our great team environment along with have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Highly developed administration and MS Office Suite skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong hold on data management
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
