About the role
The Administrative Officer / Ward Clerk is responsible for the provision of an effective and efficient administrative service to the multidisciplinary mental health team, to support the delivery of clinical services to mental health consumers. Duties include maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, answering telephone and counter enquiries and liaising with staff, the public and other services on consumer or team related matters.
