The newly created role of Customer Partnerships Lead, reporting to the Head of Customer, will drive our approach to engaging and retaining our tenant customers (B2B) across Office, Industrial and Retail sectors.
A role where you can establish yourself in the Investment Management business and across Lendlease as a whole, driving & developing the team’s strategy in a highly collaborative and dynamic way.
About the role
As Customer Partnerships Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing our Tenant Customer Engagement Strategy across Investment Management. In particular, this role will drive the Top 40 Customer Relationship Management approach across our Office, Industrial and Retail sectors. You’ll also oversee the national engagement approach including sector events and communications.
Collaborative influencing will be part and parcel of your day to day as you deliver the strategy with the Customer and Marketing teams; and in partnership with internal teams including leasing executives, investment managers, fund managers and the Senior Leadership Team who own various customer relationships.
With core focuses across, Strategic, Financial and People deliverables, your role will be varied and will include other responsibilities such as;
Oversee Marketing execution of National Engagement Calendar across sectors (Office, Retail, Industrial)
Launch, maintain and drive CRM uptake (HubSpot) across Investment Management. Drive positive engagement and change management efforts (with support from team support roles).
Quarterly top-customer research (internal and external market sweeps).
Supporting Heads of Leasing on bespoke leasing research or tenant pitches, including creation of presentations.
Attendance and management of key customer meetings, coordinating customer plans, planning and executing any bespoke engagement, regular liaison with key relationship owners across Lendlease
Advocate for driving organisational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Deliver all strategies in line with approved budgets.
Prepare businesses cases to support any additional investment requests.
Support the growth of broader Investment Management team capabilities in customer focus and relationship management.
The skills you’ll need
To succeed in role, you’ll need to have exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. You’ll have a strong background supporting B2B customer relationships and partnerships.
You’ll need to have experience of engaging with Senior Executives, internal and external stakeholders & Fund Managers with the ability to influence and drive strategic goals.
You’ll also have.
A genuine ability to foster relationships, understand property sector drivers, and have experience of providing leadership and direction to internal teams.
Previous experience in Account Management, Customer or Partnerships roles.
Previous experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot) desirable.
Preferably hold a tertiary qualification in Commerce, Marketing or similar time served experience/equivalent.
Its highly desirable for you to have previous experience in the Property sector.
