Maxima’s scope includes Temporary and Permanent Recruitment, Apprenticeships and Traineeships, NDIS plan support coordination and health services to people living with disability through Allied Health Services, First Nations Employment Services and Specialised Employment Services including DES, NDIS and employability training. Our combined offering is one of the most extensive not-for-profit recruitment, training and employment services in Australia, employing 480 staff nationally.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Placement Consultant, you'll play a central role to assist our Customer Outcome Team and contribute to a smooth and efficient management of Vacancies and Wage Subsidy Agreements. Balancing independence with effective teamwork, you will be able to utilise your knowledge of Disability Employment Services to complete tasks such as:  

• Drafting Wage Subsidy Agreements
• Inputting information into databases
• Reviewing placement details for compliance
• Setting Post Placement Support schedules
• Monitoring Wage Subsidy negotiations and approvals
• Contributing to procedure development and ensure ethical operations within statutory and legal requirements. 

This is a 3 Month Fixed-Term, Full-Time role located in our head office in Hindmarsh

To excel in this position, you will need:

• Previous experience in the employment services industry, preferably in Disability Employment Services (DES) and/or employment services in general
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of databases, with experience using systems such as ESS (Employment Services System)
• Current valid Driver's License
• Police clearance, relevant Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to apply
