Great payment solutions have the power to accelerate our customers cash conversion cycles, enrich their end customers experiences, simplify employee experience, and help bring to life any digital or data-driven project they have in play.Our newly formed Payments Partnership Team will be responsible for taking the best of our payment capabilities to market, by opening and owning new distribution channels that acquire and grow payment customers outside of BAU sales activity.As Payments
Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for tapping new distribution channels we open through partners and other data-driven sources to win and onboard new payment relationships from other acquirers and/or providers.

What do I need?To be set up for success, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate previous experience in a relationship or business development role with a focus on either B2B or within the payments industry. We will also consider candidates from a fintech, treasury/finance role and/or a consulting background with a focus on driving customer outcomes.Key skills within the following areas will help drive your success:
- Direct Distribution - You will have experience in winning payment customers in the micro, small and medium business segments through direct approach and cross-sell
- Onboarding: You will have experience in onboarding customers as an extension to the distribution process and once we acquire them, before hand over to the business
- Data-Driven Leads - You will have experience sourcing and actioning data-driven leads in areas of focus that the team define its intentions to win in
- Campaign Prospecting -You may have worked on a specific hero or new to market product, and how you drove success in it winning in market
- Relationship Management - You will have experience in ongoing management of relationships after acquisition, including regular reviews of our client base and referrers
